Procedure or surgery: 
Forehead stretching. 
Brows lifting and reduction of wrinkles of the brow.

Methods: 
- Endoscopic technique with the use of micro lenses and video cameras. 
- Minimum incisions in hairy leather. 
- A drainage is placed in each side.

Objective: 
- To reduce the forehead wrinkles. 
- Rising of the brows for a younger look. 
- Reduction of the wrinkles of the brow in people with strong expression (bad temper). 
- Reduction of the hen paw. 
- Reduction of nasal wrinkles (nasal back)

Preoperative Preparation: 
- Fast 8 hours before. 
- To communicate possible medical allergies. 
- To go the day of the intervention with comfortable and wide buttoning or zipper dressing. - To go without make up.

Type of Anesthesia: 
- General in most of the cases. 
- It can sometimes be carried out by means of local anesthesia and sedation.

Incisions: 
- From three to five incisions are carried out in the hairy leather depending on each particular case (1 to 2 centimeters)

Effects and/or convalescence: 
- Very visible swelling during one week that is solved in two or three weeks. 
- Ecchyimosis (bruises) during fifteen days. 
- Located changes of sensibility (they disappear in weeks) 
- The drainages are removed in one or two days.

Complications: 
- Post operative hemorrhages, not very frequent. It requires strict surveillance. 
- Infection. Not very frequent. 
- Seroma, not very frequent. 
- Skin necrosis, very related with smoking patients or with circulatory problems. 
- Bad scaring and alopecia (bald scar) it is the patient's individual factor.

Instructions post operative: 
- Relative resting during 3 days. 
- Do not to carry out efforts the first two weeks. 
- Use of facial bandage for 5 to 7 days and then a Lycra strip for two weeks (nocturnal use). 
- To take the recommended medication. 
- Do not to take the sun at least in two months. 
- To attend the periodic controls. 
- The patient can travel in 15 to 20 days, according to the evolution. 
- Stitches removal in 8 to 15 days. 
- Post operative ice during 48 hours. 
- Post operative physiotherapy after the 5 day.

Hospitalization: 
- Generally ambulatory.

Results: 
- Forehead rejuvenation and rising of brows.

Final time: 
- Two months.
